All I want to Understand is when im making a theme I cant get the (Wheel png,)
to work could someone help me out here?? :banghead:

You should just have to click the plus sign button when you have the wheel image selected and choose your art that ou set up. Wheel png needs to be 400 px wide. Usually there is an error message if its not.

the 400 px wide? im trying to get that but I dont understand...
like 400 by ??? wide?

The wheel image needs to be 400 pixels wide by whatever it ends up being high. For example a marquee at 400 pixels wide is around 150 pixels high at 72 dpi. When you resize your image to 400 pixels wide just make sure your height is kept at the same proportion. Hope this helps.

I use photoshop but there are free image editors such as gimp that you could use.
