How are you going to determine what themes to release? It does not really seem like there is an offical game list as I see a few games I have that you don't and maybe the other way around.

Im going to start making themes for games that are fully playable. Eg I dont want a friend to pick a game off the list that doesnt work. Also for now Im using Nulldc. However a couple other emu are floating around that may offer better support so I may go that route. Obvoiusly its rom support that is driving this.

The naming scheme Im shooting for is what I found from gurus page. Also this lists all naomi games that have and have not been dumped yet.

Bill I think you are going to find that with newer versions of Null that support Naomi that some of the way the games load is going to change. It is in the very early beta stages right now...

I havent even bothered to look, but do the images that NullDC uses the same as the MAME roms? Or does NullDC use completely different images?

My apologies for bumping up an old thread, but I've been reading up on NullDC and there seems to be a lot of people complaining about the last release. So the question is: what release are YOU using and why, and also have you now experimented with some of the other Naomi/DC emulators out there?

I am using the newest version and it works fine for me. I have not used any others because I was always told this was the best out there.

I guess you are using joy2key or another keyboard mapper?

the DC portion of NULLDC has gamepad support.
The NAOMI emulator is lacking gamepad support.

People think they are one emulator and they are not. The NAOMI system is the arcade counterpart of the home console. At current time only keyboard input is available. I use an IPAC on my arcade so its okay for me. Other users would have to use Xpadder or JTK etc...

Whats the status on the Naomi themes? I just started to make some themes (Melty Blood) and I saw in this thread that you already had a whole set of themes. I would love to see these get released.

I'm kind of holding off on null DC since I stuck a keyboard hack in my cab and hardwired it to use mame default keys, and you can't change controls with nullDC XD
