What is the minimum PC specs for running HyperSpin. I have a pentium 4 2.4 with 2gb ram. The video card i'm running is a really cheap agp video card with i think 512mb.

Bare minimum you want a dual core processor, 2 gigs of ram, and a vid card from the past year or so. However, HS will run on lesser systems, you just have to turn the quality way down, which really takes away from the experience.

I have a pentium 4 1.8 with 1gb ram and i have set the options to minimum.
It runs well but sometimes its lagging.

I'm running a C2D @ 2.53 ghz, and i have to disable animated intros and run it at it's native res in order for it to run without chop.

Your best bet is to just just build your own pc and go with a processor that has multiple cores and high clock speeds.

This front end is nice but it's a processor whore lol.

my mame pc is a p4 2.6 3gb ram,nvidia geforce 128 and HS runs perfectly,no lag whatsoever I just disable animated backgrounds,and put app quality at medium
although I will be dropping a p4 3.8 in it tomorrow :)

This frontend is very nice, the nicest one I have seen around. The only issue I see from the above posts is this thing is a resource hog. It sucks you need to build a super fast computer just for the frontend since most of the games will run on a pretty slow computer. Your basically building a PC to support the frontend and not the games you play on it. I guess for now I will just disable a bunch of animation and put it at min until I can get money arond for a new rig.

What res are you running the fe at? Just curious....

I am running it at 800x600
