Skinny Match - Help please

I cannot get skinny match to work accurately enough. I tried looking for guides/tutorial but searching skinny match on google and the results remind me of one of those bing "search overload" commercials (which, by the way, bing does no better). Which match options/regex should I use? For example, I am trying to rename my 3do wheels to match the HS 2.0 certified roms. Here is a screenshot. I tried different options but still nothing. Notice how wing commander only matches to the disk 1 rom and daedalus encounter, even though I have all 4 wing commander disks. Is there a way to manually select a rom that isn't listed in the search matches - a little more work but still beats renaming all by hand! By the way, I am open to any program that gets the job done. Just going by research it seems that skinny match is the only one regularly maintained (yet could not find much help).

Click on "search rom" to the right and, if I remember correctly, double clicking on it opens the search rom dialog by default. Don't know why you would do that though. Only Disc 1 in this case is playable. This is probably made by design.

This program doesn't know what roms are playable or not - it is just a name matching algorithm so it has nothing to do with whether or not a disk is playable.
