why do the FTP gods hate me?

donated last week and have yet to have working access to the FTP. Has anyone else ran into this type of issue? First info I got didnt work tried in IE and FlashFXP, they gave me new info and the same.. just gives me 530 error.

I know I just got to be patient and wait for them to give me something working but just wanted to vent and see if anyone else had these types of issues and if so could be be something on my end?

have you tried filezilla yet? it is free and it works great for me. If you have a username and password, and it still doesn't work I would guess that it is on your end.

Both username and password is CaSe SeNsItIvE, so check that.

right now theres an issue with the FTP that requires your username to be in lowercase only, not sure how that happened but from now on just do your names in lowercase, Ive recieved a ton of pm's about this and this has solved 99 percent of the log in issues:

When you are sent your Username/Password don't write it down and then enter it- Copy and Paste, I repeat, Copy and Paste, I've had your troubles many times before with ftp accounts.

good lord i am finally in lol.. my issue was all of the above.. was not using the boosted@hyperspin-themes.com and i was using b00sted instead of boosted.. and then ended up using the first password instead of the new one they gave me..
