I submitted payment for a gold account and in 5 1/2 hours it'll be 48 hours and no response to PMs Dazz even ignoed my PMs when all I'd really like to know is if I need to cancel payment and go somewhere else or what. This is kinda rediculous. 48 hours? Really?
Per the directions you need to You need to PM BadBoyBill per the instructions. I do not have anything to do with verifying payment and creating FTP accounts. As far as the payment being verified; it's possible that Bill just hasn't had a chance to get to it yet. There is no set timelimit to when the account will be verified, but he *tries* to do them every 48 hours.
I don't know how far from the coast he lives but he could be effected by the tsunami in California that happened today.

How to request FTP access.
After your donation has been completed and verified your user name will turn into a Gold color. Once this has been done you should now send user BadBoyBill a PRIVATE MESSAGE and request your FTP access.
Creating FTP accounts is a manual process. Once you have sent your private message to BadBoyBill it can take 24 to 48 hours before you receive your FTP login information.

OK. thats at least something. Everything I've seen here is usually a 24 hr turnaround. And I was literally getting ZERO replies to everything I sent. Thank You.

I just figured that like all of us he has a "real" job/life, but then I've only been waiting 24 hours for my approval. :)

I am not sure if Bill is going to be able to approve accounts this weekend, we are all here at the California Extreme game show. I doubt he will be back until monday.
Ya, this weekend we are all at CAX. New donations and FTP access will probably not be done until Monday or Tuesday.

i've just sent him a message as i've been waiting for 3 weeks so far. I had a message saying it was being checked when the donation was made but heard nothing back since.

I've submitted a donation on the 6th as well but I'm in no big rush. Still in the process of constructing my cabinet so I have something to kill the time. :) Today, I just now got the first 3 pieces attached which are the two lower sides and the bottom panel. Also programming simple utilities when I can't work on the cabinet. I am excited to see the new themes though, I think you guys did an awesome job with this frontend.

Hi im just wondering what the turnaround normally is? ive just donated and had a PM (automatically) from Bill, just need access to the FTP as i am currently off work and have time to sit down and set this HyperSpin up
