This is what I see in the Themes belonging Neo Geo in MAME.

? This looks like the one used from my batch file. Did you use the batch file or was this part of some massive download?

It seemed to work ok for everyone else, that's very odd. Is it all the NeoGeo themes that are doing that, or just a few? I'm at odds from the pic, I don't see the title and it should be there.

Since it does it with all the Neo Geo's themes, I have to change the images of the folders?

You should not have to change anything, it should all have been automated. Did you get an error messages when you ran the batch file?
What I would do is restore to the original download and then rerun the batch file. This NeoGeo intergration batch file was designed to work with the original torrent download, as indicated in the batch file itself. Did you use this with the original torrent download or did you download all the files from this site individually? If that is the case, perhaps you didn't download everything you needed
As for the titles, the original torrent download had the necessary files in the artwork2 folder, which where then copied to the artwork4. if you didn't already have the files in the artwork2 folder, then that's why you wouldn't be getting titles on your screen.
So again the question to ask is, was this executed from the primary torrent download? If no, no worries, we'll get you going, will just need to do a few steps.

The truth, it is that I was fiddling time behind with the artworks of neo geo, already I do not know since every thing goes, cannot arrange like all this fuss

I overwrited MEDIA of Full Torrent and after run batch and that's ok :dancing2::dancing2::dancing2:
