Oh crap... how did I miss this?

I personally have never used D2D or even heard of GamersGate, but I have about 30 games through Steam. I haven't tried integrating a steam game into HS yet though. I would imagine it would be just like launching a PC game since Steam games can have .ico files associated to them.

I've purchased two games from D2D and Gamergate that ended up being steam versions (but they were cheaper than on Steam)

If I have the choice, I'd rather use stand-alone versions.
On gamersgate, I can read Note: This product requires a 3rd party download and account, so I think it will be a steam install in the end.

I use a few steam games on my machine, and it's possible to launch them through Hyperspin. Since I don' t want to have Steam launch at start and I use it in offline mode, I wrote some hyperlaunch 2.0 scripts that display a loading screen, launch steam if necessary and then launch the game (in the case of supermeat boy, I also took the opportunity to add some player profiles, since they are not supported in game ^^)
