Is the donation a one off payment?

Hi guys, I'm just wondering if the donation to access to the FTP is a one of payment or per year?

It's a donation to the site... It's a one time payment.

However, FTP access is only a perk that we offer for the donation. FTP access is not purchased and can be revoked at any time we deem necessary.
