I started to attempt cutting out these characters for a theme, but I am still not good at the details and was not able to get a smooth border on them. If anyone would like to try a theme, here is a high res flyer.

The real trick for smooth edges is the pen tool. billpa made some great photoshop tutorials located here: http://www.hyperspin-fe.com/forum/showthread.php?t=281

Thanks Rondar, I do remember watching these a few months back and I just could not figure out the pen tool, I will give it another go though!

It does take some time to get used to it, but well worth the effort. Good luck!
