Here is an application that I use to rename the files in a sub folder tree to the same name as the folder that they are contained in.
When using a rom rename tool and dealing with roms in subfolders, usually they only rename the folder itself. I wrote this to rename all of the files in each folder to the name of the folder itself.
You can specify the extensions to rename in the folder.
