Thunderbolts raining down, ball 3d bouncing around. Title comes in zooming out..

My wheel image for this theme just displays the text name instead of of the png picture.* Everything is named correctly.* Anyone else having this problem?* I checked to make sure that it had no capitalization and anything and I believe it is sized correctly.* The png is 400 x 104.
