Exiting rotated emulator

I have a cocktail cab. I play genesis games on fullscreen 768 x 1024. When I exit this messes up hyperspin which only displays over only half the screen.

Can I use AHK to rotate fusion and unrotate on exit, or to reset the resolution to 1024x768 on exit to hyperspin. Please help.
