The emulator to use is ePSXe, you can download from here http://www.epsxe.com/
We have to edit the file Sony Playstation.ini which is in the folder hyperspin\settings and modify the nexte lines
[exe info]
path = e:\psx\
rompath = e:\psx\roms\
userompath = true
exe = ePSXe.exe -nogui -loadbin
romextension = bin
parameters =
pcgame = false
pcgameextension =
winstate = HIDDEN
The roms must have .bin extension, and if you want the emulator runs like a psx include the command -slowboot in the exe
