OK so there is a group of us with pinball cabinets that are either Ultrapin or similar to Ultapin cabinets. At this point the Ultrapin machines aren't being made anymore, but now you can get around 150 tables on it reformateed to its layout. Very cool stuff. Then there are a bunch of DIY cabinets that are the same.
It consists of a 32" (or similar) 16:9 portrait view machine and a 19" monitor in the backglass area.
So I know that HS does not handle portrait mode, but I thought with the above setup the following might be possible?
Have the #2 monitor be the Hyperspin interface using the super cool FP VP format that exists now.
Use the multiple monitor support to show video of the table being run on the lower portrait monitor.
Can this be done with HS?
I was an earlier beta tester and was working on theme builds, but had a massive computer failure which set me back so hopefully I can contribute again soon. When I can actually delve in, I will see if BadBoyBill will accept me back into the beta fold.

Yes it could be possible with some modifications, but better yet, I'm going to add support for flipped vertical interface so you can have it like the real thing, then have the second monitor display backglass video, image, or whatever.

That sounds great!!!!!!!
I will have HS on my Ultrapin project and my Mame machine too!
Hi Guys,
Just taking a look at the possibilities of Hyperspin, with Future Pinball, looks really exiting ! I have recently built a full size pinball cabinet using dual display monitors, 1 for playfield, 1 for backglass, running FP.
This looks just like the sort of front end that will do my machine justice
Big hello to Bad Boy Bill and Brian, - have I not seen you both around the FP Forum site also ??
Cheers Buzz
ps you can see shots of my machine here,

That is great... Ive lurked at FP forums. It seems like a great board.. Im expecting we'll be around more often as HS is released. We do have some plans to make the FE really shine on that type of project. We are also hoping once its out there we can convince some table makers to create some logos for use.. If you have seen the video youll know that Im refferring to. :)
Other than that we are just trying to get everything ready here.
That table does look really nice and makes me wish I had the $$$ to drop on some TV's

DAMN bro, make you a deal make me a table and I'll build you a custom FE!!!!! j/k, nice table, I am super interested in building one of those someday. Great job!
Thanks Guys,
You are too kind - really looking forward to the FE and running it on my machine.
That is an interesting offer Bill, just slight problem over those damn shipping costs to you out in the USA !! Guess you will have to get to the local DIY store and start building :)
Take a look at some of the threads over at FP forum, that`s where my inspiration came from - that and the crazy cost of Ultrapin !!
Bye for now,
Buzz

I have never seen any machines like that before, that is cool, very cool. When I have time I'll go look up stuff about them but in the meantime I was wondering is that a large lcd, like a large widescreen lcd?
You got it in one - it`s a 37 inch widescreen LCD tv for the table view, and a 26 inch LCD for displaying backglass scoring.

Hi BadBoyBill,
Do you have any update on when this feature might be implemented?
Cheers, Bryce.
