Start button not working on all screens in HS.

I have set my controls in HQ, and they work for the most part in HS, except when I go to view game favorites. When I press start on view game favorites nothing happens, but if I select add to favorites, the start button does work. The problem only seems to be happening when I try to select view game favorites. Why can I not select favorites?
