FTP Home Directory

I am getting a 421 error attempting to login to the FTP:

Home directory not available - aborting

My login was working yesterday. So, I assume the home directory was moved or the permissions changed for the home directory or my user/group.

the ftp server is being updated, and will be down for a little bit. Last i heard was, "It should be up by Monday"
