Improved animation for attract mode

An improvement I would like to see is related to the attract mode animation. Currently when attract mode starts the wheel spins for X amount of time then stops on a random machine but it stops instantly. I think it would be nice to allow the option for it to slow to a gradual stop on a random machine.

Sorry if im not being very clear, the words im looking for are just not coming to me at the moment! :coffee: I know its a bit picky but I like the little features like that. And considering the amount of work that must have gone into developing such a great looking UI so far I think it would compliment it very nicely!

Will HS2.0 have the actuall randon "attract mode" where as it will actually boot a game? As much as I love the attract mode, I'd really love to see it kick in a game for say 5mins and then jump back to the wheels. Then when it runs the vids for the next system it lands on, picks a random game and boots it. I've just started really using HS and thats the one thing i do miss about GameEx.

That and you always get the same demo vids for each system. Maybe I'm still a NooB, but is there a way it can at least play random vids rather then the same compilation each time it lands on a system? I'm getting tired of seeing Michael Jackson's Moonwalker everytime MAME rolls around.

I'm on board with this feature too and think it would be a great addition. As the previous user mentioned, having a little variety would also help. I'm not sure if loading a game for 15min then backing out is really practical but maybe having the subwheels randomize.
Example being if i leave the cabinet in a certain system, it will spin on those systems videos.

Better yet, a dedicated attract mode folder to configure with the users favorite video snaps.
