Goku grows
Cell grows center and sets back
dragonball balls rain down in the background
Goku and Cell have both been vectored to add a clean look.
Logo has had a soft chisel and shadow effect added to it.

I think the characters could be a bit bigger. Nice start so far.

What do you think hollywood? They are vectors, so it is easy to increase size!

The background and characters look fine... There is just something about the title that makes the theme look strange. I think the location of the logo is whats throwing off the theme...
Perhaps, break the logo into 2 parts... Dragon Ball Z 2 at the top centered, center the video, center the SuperBattle logo under video slightly overlaid and place the characters a little bigger and on each side of the video. SuperBattle also looks like low quality and could use some touch-up.

How about this? Cleaned up the Logo some more and rearranged the page.

Much better... Logo is a little low though. Bring it up about an inch or so and then it should look good.

I would decrease the video a size a bit and increase the logo.

That is really really good, and one more reason why the Theme Announcements forum is good.

My suggestions :
1/ Main logo bigger (if possible, regarding the res)
2/ Adding a banpresto logo (it's a personnal taste ...)

1- Not sure, it was rough to get them to that size.
2- To add it, it would need to be added to the logo. All the artwork is used.

Ok.
Do you know how to vecorize, simply, a logo using illustrator or Corel draw ?
There's an automatic function that works well for those kind of plain logos.
You can even use the already existing DBZ theme logo, and simply add a "2" that you can draw yourself ...
If you want your themes to look "pro", the title must be almost as wide as the screen (look at bbb's theme)

The vectoring did not turn out very good, so I used the DBZ logo and added the 2. It is pretty good size now!

VoilÃ* !
My last suggestion : try to match the red of the "2" with the red of the "Ball Z", and, if possible, use a white-red gradient at 45° for the "2"

The color was the same, but I had merged the black and red layer for the 2 and the effects changed the color. So I did it a bit different with this one and added the gradient.
