I loved it, I thought no scene was wasted, everything had a purpose and it is certainly in my top 5 for superhero flicks (in the top 3 actually).

I saw it last night, thought it was a great movie, but it left me feeling somewhat...wrong. It definately lives up to the name "dark knight". And harvey dent.....omg that was nasty!

Yep, it ain't a "feel good" movie but I was amazed at how many flushed out and 3 dimensial characters this movie has. For example, I wasn't expecting the Gordon character to have such a large role (of course nailed by Mr. Oldman). Ledger really was something, every scene he was in, I think everyone in the theatre couldn't help to keep their attention on him a bit more than other characters, even Bale. To me though, the surprise in the movie was Aaron Eckhart. I know he's a great actor ("Thank you for smoking: is awesome imho) but he blew me away in this flick.

Anyway, from start to finish, a great movie, I got my money's worth. Personally, I think this has been the best summer in years for flicks. The only movie I've seen so far that disappointed me was the new Indy and I still sort of enjoyed it, was just expecting way more out of it (and less stupidity and obvious CGI). I think I've been at the theatre about 10 times since first of May, a personal record.

I generally wait til movies come out on dvd to watch them as my girlfriend gets so annoyed by popcorn chompers, and our tv isn't too shabby. But I really want to see this in the theater. I really liked batman begins.

One of my favorite parts is the pencil magic trick, TAADAA!

It's a shame that the joker can't make a comeback. I agree, best magic trick I have ever seen lol

I saw it at a midnight release party and then again the next Saturday and Sunday. I couldn't get everyone together to go see it so I ended up seeing it 3 times in the first weekend. A friend of mine forced me to watch Batman Begins the Wednesday before as I had never seen it but had it on DVD since it come out... I didn't realize that it was actually a pretty good movie.

Not really a fan of Batman but I heard its a pretty solid movie. I'll see it sooner or later I guess but will wait till it comes to HBO or something.
