I made the SWF in fireworks.. Billy said because in fireworks my swf is a buch of frames played sequencially. Where in flash its diffrent..
I thought a SWF is a SWF regardless of what program its made in.. I was wrong..
I was hoping maybe someone here could get it to work by means of a converter or something..
Lord knows I dont know everything about this stuff

I imported it into Flash and then exported it back out again. You need to use a Flash 9 project (AS3) so you can output an AVM2 type SWF. Basically, Adobe shit the bed when it came down to backwards compatibility. Since BBB is using AS3 (ActionScript 3), you need to make sure your swfs are using the same.
I ran into this problem when I was creating swfs with Adobe After Effects. i guess they haven't created an update that allows you to export a newer version of Flash swfs. So I have to bring that swf into Flash and re-export it.
If you ever need help with more, let me know. It only takes a couple of minutes.
