Note to new users (windows mode)

The 0604 release off of the newsgroups (might be the torrent as well) runs by default in windowed mode. To change to full screen mode and adjust your resolution, go into the settings.ini file and change the following:

[Resolution]
FullScreen = true
Width = 1024
Height = 768
ColorDepth = 32
Refreshrate = 60
DirectDraw = true


of course set your resolution to whatever you see fit

yeppers they finally showed up.. i had to purge the newsgroup, and delete it for some reason, but they are there now for everyone to snag.... thanks dazz for uploading them

Oh, on the newsgroup post it appears that I did not include the NES artwork... This is why there is a discrepancy between the size of the newsgroup download and the torrent download. I have no plans currently to upload the NES files right now, but if you want/need them you can connect to the torrent and have it scan your directory and it will download what you are missing.

is there a recommended resolution? i don t see a difference at all between 1024x768 and my monitors native resolution of 1680 x 1050


also was that cool hyperspin into video included in this release or no? i didnt see it when started it up

All of the themes are created in 1024x768, but they should scale up/down and still look pretty good. The intro video was not included with the download. We need to see if Billpa can convert it into .flv so we can use it as an intro video.

Billpa... could you convert your .swf intros into .flv so we can actually use them? :D
