Hey, havent checked it out yet, but first off read the sticky about the naming convention and you have to upload a screenshot. If the permission prevented the screenshot then I'll take a look at the permissions for that. We can still download themes to check em out before theyre approved, so lets not jump the gun and approve the themes before people can comment on them. But I guess this had to be done since you couldnt post a screenshot possibly. Also the screenshot to be uploaded to the download should be 640x480. All this info was in my sticky post. You also didnt have a video preview in your theme screenshot, was that intentional? It's probably best to make use of the emumovies if we can. I did notice that your file is named ok in the downloads but the topic of this thread was miswritten. Sorry to be critical about it but I want everything that we do to be kinda standard if possible. You said you were trying to upload a zip file, try not to upload theme attatchments to the posts until beta testing is over.

I tried uploading the zip here but it was too large and so was the image... even at 640x480

Oh well... I guess my moon patrol theme will have to be on hold as well

In the user secion it says there is 4 themes but I only see 2... Perhaps they are awaiting approval?!?

Yeah, the system isn't quite perfect and I know we might come across a kink or two once we get up and running completely.

I have approved your download and I was finally able to add an image to the download... I noticed that you tried to add your image as well, but I think the file name of the screenshot was keeping it from appearing. I was finally able to get the image to appear by shortening the name of the screenshot. I'll have to play around and see what the max number of characters in a file name can be and fix it.

Thanks for helping out and testing this new system. We'll get the kinks out shortly.

Dazz. I think user submitted theme's should be added without awaiting approval. The main Team member themes should be approved.They will be eventually once HyperTheme is complete. Right now we need to manually approve them because we need to check the contents and layout of the files in the zip file. I think in HyperTheme when you save your theme is is going to save the correct folder structure and files into a properly named zip file.

Also, we probably need to look into automatic virus scanning as well before we just let people upload without approval...

This theme was under MAME but it doesn't emulate the SFIII Series yet, are you using the CPS3 emulator for this?

I should say it's not 100% in MAME
