I guess here have been a few post on this but I have come up with the answer if anyone wants to use the generic MVS cab theme until newer themes are created....
From the current Neo Geo Themes copy the below to the MAME folder
1. Copy the small marquee to Artwork 1
2. Copy the large marquee to Artwork 4
3. Copy the Wheel images to the MAME wheel images
Change the MAME.ini in the settings folder setting to match Neo Geo
[artwork1 defaults]

y = 110
rotation = 0

y = 500

There is 1 more thing - U can change ur default background in the MAME folder to the MVS cab pic, but then if its not a Neo Geo game u still get that pic so I dont advise this. I have created backgrounds for all the miising Neo Geo/MAME these that I upload to the ftp if anyone is interested.
Just need to stick em in this folder
HyperSpin\Media\MAME\Images\Backgrounds
