Torrent help

Hey HS people. I wanted to check out the new FE but I noticed the only download available is via torrent. I have to say I have never used a torrent site so I have no clue where to start. Is there any way that someone could give me some instructions on how to use the torrent to download this FE. I'm used to other FE's that have a simple file to download so any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Download uTorrent (http://www.utorrent.com/) and then download the torrent file. You will need to make sure the ports are open on your router if you are behind one before uTorrent will work. We will open our downloads section once the rush dies down.

Also, if you have newsgroup access I have uploaded the files to alt.binaries.emulators.
