I'm having trouble setting up my emulators and was just wondering what emulators you guys use for each system, and possible the settings you use :) All help is appreciated

All the ini files has the emulator we tested and have working with the recommended settings.

What splash screen are you talking about?

The one i sent you in an email, hmm i believe it was a "Press Start" to continue screen, i could send you it again.

Anyway i tried using the default .ini's and i can't get nestopia to work :( what do you use to rename your roms?

Oh that was you that sent the splashscreen, havent heard back from you and from the email I couldnt tell who actually sent it at the time.

We liked the splatter effect and were thinking of maybe integrating it into the intro vid possilby.

If the reason that nestopia isnt working is because the romnames dont match then you could possibly use romlister, I think he might be supporting HS xml's now, but I'm not sure yet, I'll have to contact him. HyperHQ will end up doing this also but SpiderStyle is out right now, the simplest way for you to get going is to use a rom renaming program or just find the no-intro named games.

Do you have any recommendations? I've never really used rom renaming utilities so i don't know where to start :S

Offline List is a good one. Load upa no intro dat... Point to your roms folder... It will rename them all.... It wont rename them to the CRC but by the CRC.
