I like it, I think the logo size might be fine but whats messin with me the most is the video size, I would definitely make that one alot bigger, and have the characters in artwork 2,3, or 4 so that guys arm or part of his body will even be partly overlapping the video.

Yea...I agree. Looks great. Logo could be a little bigger...vid has to be a little bigger and have it tuck under your characters. Besides that I think its awesome. I am really psyched to see others starting to create themes!

Nice, I would make both the logo and the video a bit larger to really fill in the left side of the screen. Maybe even move the logo more to the center to balance it out if it feels funny. Here are a few issues that I found:

The background is a BMP, it needs to be PNG. The video overlay image was not included in the ZIP. The logo/wheel image looks deteriorated. Try this one that I've attached, resize as you see fit.

Over all I think this theme will look very nice.

Oh, no don't include the video, simply the video overlay. We leave the video out of the themes in order to keep the download small.

I still personally think that the characters should overlap the video overlay and that the video should be a bit bigger. That being said this really is a nice piece of work! Very clean. Thanks a ton for your contribution!

I would agree with amchine. I really like this theme. The only thing is the video looks a bit small to me. I would say the minimum for video in a theme would be around 400px x 300px. I just edited your screenshot in photoshop to illustrate. Of course this is only a suggestion.
