Can somebody write configuration for Naomi in Hyperspin ?

well you have three "working" Naomi emulators, NullDC (Naomi Side), DEMUL and Makaron. Each works differently. I would imagine that NullDC would be the best one to work with right now since it works with Dreamcast in hyperspin.

There already is. Its included in one of the later hyperlauch's. There are a few threads here talking about it and a theme pack for naomi on the FTP.
