Building a wheel for PS1 games wondering if there is a dat file to a common naming convention so it could be used by others and not just me to my naming structure. Does such a thing exist.

Tosec perhaps? Ill look into it. We will want a standard when we start to tackle that set... Especially as its near impossable to check the dumps againsed a dat for renaimg as so many diffrent dumps exist. In tons of diffrent formats...
We will have to think of something...

Use PS1Renamer File names for the PS1, all of the PS1 files on my site utilize that and it is complete and common.

Best I can do is I have a 100% complete cover art collection on my site www.emumovies.com
It uses the correct naming convention, and has a lot of artwork for a wheel collection :) Here is a link to the .txt file with the file list LINK (http://www.emumovies.com/images/info/_Sony%20Playstation%20-%20Boxes%20(PSX%20Renamer)(U)(EmuMovies).txt)
That's right 1397 images ;)

Well sadly without the dat to actually rename and ID all my images, i'll just make the wheel using my file name structure and it won;t be much use to anyone else. I can;t believe my looking all over the web couldn;t turn up the dbase.ps1 file esp if other people have been using it in there prgs. oh well...

Don't worry, when images are done, send to me and I will rename. This is the same standard naming convention that all the complete ** sets use, I will probably create the xml as well when I start the video process for the set in a couple of months.
Did you grab the cover collection from the site?
