My new theme
very bloody!!

I think adding a framework for video (352x288)
Give me your ideas

This theme would be way better if you had the picture in the blood as the background, take the video and have the bloody border around it , create a logo for the game since you dont have one and move the video into a better spot. I might be adding a feature to hide the wheel after like 2 seconds once landed on a theme, and once that feature is added it would be hard to tell at first glance what game your theme is.

You definitely need a title. It should be big enough to fill the top of the screen a good bit. The mask seems out of place just floating there. I would maybe try to incorporate all of the disjointed elements that are in the foreground (mask, melty corpse guy) into the background, then use the bloody frame as the frame for the video. Just some ideas for ya, I have no idea what the quality of the images are that you used.

I just changed the whole by adding a few additional elements

Are you using an actual video screenshot in the right aspect , the video looks kinda square and the real video might be 4x3.

The latest version looks MUCH better. See if you can round out the edges of the overlay a bit, they look really square.

So I changed the framework and its colour.
and resize the video size by adding a black border (I think this is not beautiful)

I think its coming along nicely, I like the new color better. I think if the inner video overlay edges were rounded a bit and overlapped the video more it would be nicer as then it would cut off some of the black video border too.

I also personally think that if the bottom and top grey skin(?) part were to be the topmost layer instead of the bottom most it would be better, you know cover up the wheel, and the characters on the bottom a bit. Well second layer I think the logo should be topmost. But the grey skin covering everything would really bring it all together I think.

Oh so much better. Is that video the right aspect ratio? still lookes kind of square to me, might just be me mind though.

The music file is in the wrong directory. Just a FYI. Nice theme.

To fix it, move "Sound\splatter.mp3" to "Sound\Background Music\splatter.mp3"
