Until HyperTheme comes out I've bee messing with a lot of the existing themes...cleaning up art, adding my own elements etc etc.

I'm just wanted to show what I added to the Pengo theme (one of my daughters fav games)

Enlarged the logo, changed the Pengo character art and added extra art of Pengo pushing an ice cube back and forth in and out of view across the screen. Like the Burgertime theme.

***Is the limit only 4 artwork types right now? If i added more manually to Hyperspin would it recognize like Artwork 5?

There is no artwork 5, it would be better to make a flash file out of 1 artwork layer if you think you need more than 4 artworks.

I would say upload it as your name but in the description area give credits to the original author and talk about the edits you made.

Something like , orginal theme concept by so and so (username), I changed these items.. blah blah

That sounds fair enough, I guess no one wants to upset the original theme creator.

Personally though, I'm happy with anyone who wants to alter any theme I make, especially if it makes it better.

So was your decision to upload these updated themes?

I think he's working on the bell animation to swing back and forth before he updates it.

Yes but Im sure you would like credit,,. It takes a while to find this art some times.. Then som time it takes a while to cut it all out and out it together. If you spent a few hours on a theme and some one down the line took it and fliped an image, Resized it and adjusted the contrast and called it thier own I could see why a person would get peeved. I know Ive been ripped off before and it doesnt feel great.
