Great, I used to love this game when I was a kid, maybe the only thing it needs is a video overlay. Maybe red and white, black to match the logo. Good job.

video needs some type of border and maybe CW rotation a little since the blue color that is throughout the zaxxon video will look so similar to the actual zaxxon theme....they blend together too much.

Much better! I like it a lot. The left side seems a bit unbalanced. Is there any way to extend that portion with the buildings? Meaning, could there be some more of that on the left, just make the angle not as steep. Just a little bit would help balance it out. Of course, the ship might be in that area. Its hard to tell with a static screenie.

I increased the size of the playfield and moved it up some. I think it helps to balance it out. Thanks for the critique billpa.
