it should at least start even if all you did was download it. in your hyperspin folder look for a log file and tell us what it says please

What CPU do you have? If its missing a SSE2 instruction set it MAY not work

Hi,

I'm also having problem starting HyperSpin and HyperHQ.

On the first execution (of either .exe), nothing happens. However the application is running as it's shown under task manager.

On the second execution, HyperSpin would load a blank black screen. However it doesn't seem to respond to any keyboard or mouse clicks. I have to alt-tab out and right click on the task bar to close it. With the second execution of HyperHQ, I get a window with HyperHQ on title bar but only blank white content inside.

I'm running WinXP SP3 on an AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual Core 6000+ 3.01 GHz with 1.75 GB RAM.

Do I need to download anything else to make it work? Or is there something else that's clashing with HyperSpin?

Sorry I didn't want to create a new thread, so only followed some existing post. Is this meant to be under "Support" section?

Sorry, but has my problem not been encountered before?

Btw, I do not have any log file in the directory.

Theres several threads on problems where HS wouldnt start, its not very common for it to happen.

Do a forum search for the problem. But I would definitley make sure your running the latest version of HS. If you click and it doesnt start and no log file is created then HS doesnt like your setup, it should run right out of the box.

You could check a second computer to eliminate any user error. It shouldnt effect it but one person said when they installed the latest flash player onto their pc it started working all of a sudden.
