This is a complete set of artwork for Gorgar (Williams 1979)
Table built and scripted by unclewilly. This is my first table built completely from scratch. I'd like to thank everyone who contributed the plastic and playfield scans, without them it wouldn't look nearly as good. Thanks to destruk for working out the magnet problem.
If you feel the table is too dark check the vpforum release thread for brighter playfield and plastic images.

I hope you enjoy it

So if it's a great day when we get one UW release, then it must be like the birth of Christ when we get TWO in one day! Although technically this table was previously 'released', but, it just doesn't feel the same until you get the sexy artwork pack, lol. Thanks!!!

I absolutely love this table you made, unclewilly. It's so good, it seems to have improved physics!
I prefer the original darker version, but admit that the ball is hard to see in the center of the screen in particular.
Did you make or mod any other tables besides this and 'the cat one'? EDIT: oh, I see you listed them in your signature, thanks.

no problem, lol. I'm working on a CFTBL, and a Night version of Jp's TOM, right now. Baby pacman will be out any day now.
There are actually a few more: TOTAN night mod, Twilight Zone Night Mod, The Flintstones Night Mod

no offence I love your work but hate night view tables because of medical reasons, dam night blindness. I just can't see them because they are so dark, can you let people know how to make the tables brighter when you release them please.

It's actually really simple. you just extract the pf and plastics images. there are usually about 4 or 5 pf images and 2 plastic images. Open them in photoshop. go to image adjustments exposure and change the exposure slider to 2 or 3 and they images will be at their normal brightness, before i made them dark. I would suggest doing the gion or pfon texture first so you don't increase the exposure too much which could distort the image.
Basically just change the exposure for each image by the same amount and reimport them back into the table

do you have the v1.1? I had an extra , in the nudge array. if you open the script and scoll down to the vpmnudge section look at the tilt array and there is an extra comma in the statement. if removing the comma doesn't work just comment out the whole tiltarray line. let me know if that works for you

Thanks Unclewilly .. indeed there was an extra ',' which could have taken hours to track it down! :)
vpmNudge.TiltObj = Array(l38, ,l39 , , l40, LeftSling, RightSling)
Thanks a million!

this should have been fixed in the 1.1 version as well as some physics adjustments

just curious (as I am new here) when I downloaded Hyperspin, I did not see Visual Pinball in that. I'm trying to figure out where I need to add the following:
the script above.. in the visual pinball database??
Please forgive the noobness of this question. I've got to dive in a bit more, but I am anxious to try out my favorite pinball game: GORGAR!

You have to download HyperPIN for this (http://www.megaupload.com/?d=IY5YNT23). Two different "spinners" I think.
One for Arcade games (HS) and one for pinball (HP). Correct me if I´m wrong here guys...

Hyperpin. I downloaded that this morning, and pulled it up right before going to work. I flipped through the wheel and noticed that there isn't a GORGAR table listed. I am assuming I can add this script (to what and how... I am unsure) and it will show up. I downloaded the tables as well.
So I'll tweak it a bit this evening when I get home.
Where's a good FAQ or guide for HyperPin and HyperSpin?
Also... I noticed there was nothing on the HyperSpin wheel for Atari 2600.
I am assuming if you can add a table to the Hyperpin wheel, you can add Atari to the hyperspin wheel. I am further assuming you can add individual games not listed in the sub categories (for example: If I wanted to add my Eye of The Beholder to the Atari Lynx list of games, it could be done).
I guess I just need to find a good guide to look through. :D

There is a help file that comes with HyperPin. You need to edit the xml for your tables to add new ones. Every table that is released should have an xml entry that you can copy and paste in.
Same thing goes for HyperSpin. There is a good FAQ/guide here

Ask any questions if you are having problems. There are a ton of members willing to help out.
