Hi,

Was hoping someone with some vectoring skills could covert the attached for me. I have cleaned up the outline of the text but my skills in converting to a vector image are lacking. I tried the online tool Vector Magic (http://vectormagic.com/) but the final result is less than spectacular.

Cheers,
Beau

Wob,
Before you go too much further, you might want to correct the spelling. Unless you're doing something custom and spelled it that way on purpose. Otherwise, you're missing an "S" - ghostS n goblins.

Ahhh, it's not my spelling, the text is pulled from a flyer for the game, See here (http://www.arcadeflyers.com/?page=thumbs&db=videodb&id=444).

I hadn't picked up on that :)

That's better, not sure why they spell it that way on the flyer though.

If no one can do the work for me, can someone suggest the best software / method to create a vector from it.

Interesting! Had to jump onto KLOV real quick to see a picture of the actual cab and make sure I wasn't going loony. The 'S' is there, on the marquee and in the title screenshot.
But then I found this: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=130197893976#ebayphotohosting
showing an alternate "Ghost 'n Goblins" marquee, this time without the 'S'.
Go figure.

I was going to start once I had the logo converted :) but mine was probably just going to be adjustment of the Ghouls 'N Ghosts one as the graphics/images for the two games are very similar.

I'll hold off and see how yours comes out, I can start with 1942 instead. Feel free to use the logo if you need it, I also have it with the blue/green box behind it.

1942, I just vectorized this logo last night, I'm almost done with the series, I already vectorized 1941, 1942, 1943, 1944, 19xx, I'll put some screenies up tonight or tomorrow first thing.

Well, I'll have to think of another one :) Can I ask what you use to Vectorize your images?

Adobe Illustrator is the easiest for me. But there could be easier ones.
