Tetris Plus 2 - tetrisp2(Aabra 08-28-2008)

This is my first real theme that I'm working on, it's coming along nicely so far. I've got plans to add a video overlay... maybe with smaller tetris blocks but I also want to eliminate the tetris pieces from the background and instead use those as blocks that fall from the sky repeatedly.

Unfortunately since this is my first theme I can't seem to figure out how to make the blocks constantly fall from the sky similar to Dr. Mario - so if anybody could tell me I'd appreciate it. Any other thoughts and comments are also appreciated as well.

I like it, nice theme, maybe slightly larger big logo to fill in some of the empty space. Thanks for the contribution.

Yeah I agree with BBB, the logo could be bigger and maybe a little sharper if you can get hold of a higher qulaity image.

You could also add some bricks to the top maybe and add a stroke (maybe in brick style?) to the video preview?

But the colours, characters and arrangement look great!!! GOOD JOB!:congrats:

Alright - played with it a bit more and made the changes you guys suggested. I also figured out the animation to make the bricks fall.... so they're in. A Tetris theme with falling bricks.... who would have thought. A nice little brick-style video overlay is in now too.

Anyways, here's the latest screenshot - I'll upload this for approval later on today unless there's some other change that needs to be made.

BTW Retroborg - I love this game too. :) The VS mode is incredibly fun. It makes for good times, especially for friends who aren't really into video games. (Or girlfriends) I mean... *everybody* loves Tetris!
