Theme Requests

Can't recall - is there already a place for theme requests?

A buddy would like to see Pulstar (neo geo game)

and did anyone ever figure out how to get the Neo Geo theme to apply to all neo geo games inside mame / mame wheel?

Lastly, as to system themes, has anyone made one for mame? I've used the default stuff from the main wheel mame entry, but I'm wondering if anyone has done anything else.
