how's it going guys... i'm an american (active duty air force) stationed at spangdahlem, germany. i'm still in the planning stage of my cabinet and i'm wanting to use either a 42 or 46 inch lcd for the playfield. this is way too big to be shipped here from the states and i would rather not pay EURO for a brand new one. i know there are a few german guys here building cabs so my question is this...
do you guys know of anywhere i can get a refurbished or slightly damaged LCD tv? there are american sites that sell ones with damaged bezels or floor models from stores, but i have no idea if there are any german sites that offer this. i will be taking the screen out of the bezel, so a damaged frame is no problem. you guys know of anything like this, or would i be better off just buying one brand new from the BX on base?
any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks guys.

What are the prices at the BX? Plus you don't have to pay tax right? or shipping.

I'm a German user :D
Never see what you search for. You can only search google for "little" firm who sell that or look on Ebay and pay with PayPal.
When you need help, say it :)
But don't forget this:
When you buy it here, you become a "German-TV" with EU-Power-Supply.
I know that you have at home in the US other plug to connect it.
That's not good... You have it not easy, I would say.
Of course Ebay is your friend. I only see on Ebay what you want.
Another way is you search in Great Britain. That's your language and I see on Ebay some firms send that what you want. It was only displays not TVs.
When you buy in the EU it's duty free.
When you ship it from the US you must pay duty and that's much - I don't know how it is in your base with that.
Wish you luck with that what you want to do.

The EU Power supply wont be a problem as you can buy an adapter for about $10
then you can take it all over the world

Oh I don't know that.
When I would try some price-listings:
www.geizhals.at (take Germany)
www.preissuchmaschine.de
www.schottenland.de
Write in the formular only that what you search for.
Or list all tv in your wish size, then you can sort it in the price.
Google can help to translate the site in English.
For example I try it for you: http://www.preissuchmaschine.de/preisvergleich/produkt.cgi?kid=3-951&sort=preis
I don't know how much US-Dollar that is. You can make it better...
