I just thought some of you guys might want to see my work in progress, it's an old Shinobi upright Arcade system from the late 80's (1987) it's the bootleg version which came from Japan to North America before Shinobi was actually released here. I have spent countless hours converting it to a MAME Cabinet running the best Arcade front end in the world, Hyperspin......
The art that you can see on the sides of the cabinet is a silhouette of the Shinobi city with silver moons on both sides it has been painted with Oil based paint and has been finished with semi-gloss seal.
The guts sit on the inside on a shelf and the sub sits below the shelf I also have a power switch on top of the arcade I just flip the switch and it turns on. There are volume controls inside the coin door...... These are pics of the changes I have made and when I first got the cabinet so you can see it's transformation into a MAME cabinet running Hyperspin.
