Gamesounds - on game launch?

Im kinda confused right now on the sounds...
Since the videos are the sounds for my themes, is it possible to add a .wav or .mp3 file to a theme so that when a user actually launches a game, it then launches that sound file, so say for example, my aliens vs predator theme, right now the sound is the music and stuff from the video, but it be cool when a user clicks the start button for the game, a seperate small mp3 file launches (like 3 seconds)...... like an alien scream or something...

is this possible or already included?

btw, is .wav supported as well? usually easier to find wav files on the web for stuff like this...
i just found an alien.wav scream from the aliens movie... 14kb that would be perfect

yes this would be cool if it was added...there are a lot of small clips of sounds effects out there for games

Not sure if I've asked before BBB? Should individual themes (say the c64) use it's own sounds? I've put new c64 sounds in the correct directory, but the sounds are still coming from the main theme. Is this a bug?

ya you have to put game_sounds = false, that should turn off default game sounds and use sounds from the emu's sound folder if it has mp3's in it.

cool bill... sorry i havent been around, just got back from crapghanistan, and been busy at home with the 3 year old...

BUT, i bought a new desktop lenovo system to replace my old hyperspin box..
im waiting on the new version though to open it up...
