I have downsized to a 2 player control panel. I paid like 2k for it in (I think) 2008. I won't be using it. I don't want to deal with shipping either. If you want it please PM me to work out the details. If I have to box it, drive down to ship it etc, it isn't going to be free. If you live in Las Vegas, first PM gets it.
Edit: I have all the software and the instruction manual. You just plug it into your USB slots (requires 2) and run the cd. And you're done. Game time.

There was a guy at BYOAC named Snaake or something similar that created it. As far as I know only 2 cabs have this art and then he lost the artwork in a computer crash. The other person who used the art put the side art on the wrong sides so it's not exact. He also created some art for mame marquees (Scott).

Hey this is project "The Answer". Your the inspiration behind my build, I also built a 4 player machine, "the smoothcade" and your right 2 player is the way to go. post up a pic when you do the conversion.

I received my new 2 player control panel today from Scott at mameroom.com and it was shipped poorly. The joys were smashed down and the screws holding it in place gave. The screws are rolling around inside the control panel and the particle board I'm sure is not easily repaired. I'm hoping that Scott will do the right thing and make a new control panel top so that I may still offer this to you freely. Fingers Crossed.

Scott was cool about it. He is going to send FedEx to pick it up :) I don't even have to ship it :)
I'd say everything will work out. Was worried at first, but I think he's going to make it right.

Even though I received a broken panel (caused by shipping) I would still do business with them in the future. The panel was very well put together.
I have a 4 player from SlikStik and now this 2 player. The quality of both is superb. SlikStik is out of business. I ordered mine fully assembled with buttons joys etc.. can't comment on the kits.
