Hello all,
I've been lurking in the backround for a few months now and wanted to say, thanks to all involved in creating Hyperspin. Without Hyperspin and all my fellow noobs out there, my cab would not have been possible. My last cab was Skyshark and I installed a 60-1 from Lizardlick. This time, when I found my all time favorite game Asteroids, I had to do something different since those multi-boards dont have Asteroids. I tested no less than 12 front ends and was about to give up on the Mame idea, when alas Hyperspin! I don't know about you guys but I had it BAD for about a month. Sometimes couldn't sleep with all the xml's, rar's, flv's, etc. Sorry, I'm babbling, here it is. No restore, no fancy cp's, just down and dirty game playing.

Currently running Mame, N64, SNES, PS1, Genesis, Sega CD, Sega Master System, Future Pinball, Uncle T's Jukebox, and a few PC games (NFS,GTA,etc). All run perfect except FP (slow flippers). I think I need to upgrade to a dual or quad core?

Asus p4, 2.5 gig, 2 gigs ram, ATI x800 gto, 500 gig hd, 19" Samsung (hooked up DVI), 10" sub (coin door), relay connecting the marqee to the PC, wireless keyboard and mouse (sits on top), I did bleed, I did sweat, and there were tears (not mine). I can accept all forms of feedback so don't worry about hurting my feelings.

nice, are you left handed? I never seen a control panel with the joy on the right and the buttons on the left. Thanks for sharing!

Hello Bill,
You are a GOD! I am right handed but for some reason, I function better with it on the right? I built this for me all me. Funny thing is, everyone that comes in contact with this cab is so awestruck with the front end, they don't even notice.

Ok folks,
After that brutal tounge lashing from Bill, I flipped the controls around. What a perfect excuse to take the day off. Luckly, I only had to turn over the aluminum overlay and drill a few holes. Maybe now my wife won't complain that it's too hard.

BTW - Looks much better with the joy on the left.
