Is there a way to Normalize the audio in the videos?

Last night i was filling in my missing MAME themes and going through them on hyperspin and i noticed that some games the audio is very loud and others its quiet...

Since on my arcade i dont really have the volume accessible on the outside (for looks, hidden under CP) is there a way to adjust and normalized the audio on the videos...

Also a program that does it automatically in a batch setup?

The dude from emumovies is releasing a new batch of mame emumovies, these amoung other things will have normalised audio. Not sure when it's going to be released but it was announced a few months ago:

Nice... Good to hear the mame vids are getting an update...

Would still be nice to find an app that does it so i can apply it to other vids aswell
