some mame games don't work

well i was wondering why some of my games don't work like battletoads, i have all the bios for mame and i not sure why its not working it gets to 40% and then boots back to the menu same for like drmario all file paths r right, before i was using mame32 and it all works fine

Try running from the command line and see if they still don't work, if it is then you might be misisng roms.

i think i missing chds

Im pretty sure those games dont require you chds.
Try removing your mame.ini I had a very wierd glitch where I couldnt load any neogeo games..
that fixed it... to create a new mame.ini use the command MAME.exe -cc

well when i run mame and battletoads it say i'm missing the roms or chds
but i have the rom i got from different sources still nothing for some reason drmario is working now
