Hey all,
What Software is everybody using to run their MP3s in a cab? I'd obviously like it to look as nice as the rest of hyperspin and I need to be able to run it all via a keyboard. I'm not too worried about running videos just yet (Although I probably will when I get my new hard drive).
Thanks in advance for your suggestions
Cheers

most ppl are using SK jukebox or silverjuke. I have SK jukebox set up on mine and it runs great.

I have a dedicated Jukebox, not running it on my Arcade machine, or anything like that. I use Nordbeats Jukebox. It's not free software, but it's worth it for my application. It is the closest software out there that mimics the Jukeboxes in the bars with out having to pay out the nose for the software. It has the ability to a touchscreen, or run off a keyboard. It also runs MP3's, or Videos (you said you might want to do that in the future). Another nice option is that it has an automatic CD-riper, that will rip your CD's to MP3's right from the software.
Alot of other features that I have not listed here are to be found on the site.

Good luck! and I hope that helped you.

I've used Arcade Jukebox 8, not necessarily the prettiest, but works fine for me and it's free.

I use DWJukebox, which is a retitled updated version of the old DOS/Wincab. Great free program, supports skins and the default one looks like the old style dine jukeboxes.

I use this too with a 17" ELO touchscreen mounted in the wall, I love it!
I wish he would fix the issue with having albums with the same name though

I have the screen mounted in a old Bar Dart machine. I am looking to build a better "jukebox" case... but it works for now.

I use Touchtone Jukebox:
http://www.mp3touchscreens.com/
I have a dual screen setup with a Elo touchscreen. Touchtone lets you easily customize which screen you want it to appear on and at what resolution. I have it setup to play video files on my main arcade LCD. Its pretty customizable too and has a lot of features that are pretty cool (i.e. Reports). Haven't had any database hiccups yet (Been using it for about 6 months). I have about 300 GB of music and Touchtone scans it wirelessly through a home network share faster than crap. Add more stuff all the time.
Non-freeware but I think it is money worth spent for the features and what I have it doing.
