I went to start downloading some of the new themes and I noticed that the images and theme art are showing up but the video files are missing. Ive downloaded over 30 themes like this. I dont know if its because im using WinRAR or what?

themes do not come with videos, you have to get the via emumovies or the flv torrent.

Oh i did not know that. So i have to manualy add all the videos to the themes then. I download the video from emumovies and just place it in the videos file for that game? Do i have to go and adjust and add a border for the videos to?
If you want to explain an easier way that would be great. Why are the videos not included just to big of files?

Just put it in the video folder for whatever system its for. For example if you download my latest theme, Aero Fighters 2, then sonicw2.flv would go into either HyperSpin\Media\MAME\Video or HyperSpin\Media\Neo Geo\Video, depending on where you installed the theme.

If you look on the root of the emomovies ftp server theres a hyperspin folder, you can get the flv's there. If you dont have access then I suggest getting the torrent and just sticking all your flv's in the mame video folder.

No worries about being lost. Check out this thread

There is a torrent of the complete set that you can download. Or you can just use your client to download select ones. OR you can donate to emumovies and get access to the ftp section which lets you do either as well (plus you dont have to worry about people seeding).
All video files (flv) and video overlays (png...included in the theme set) go in the Videos folder of whatever emulator you are using them in.
The borders of the video (if it doesnt use a video overlay image) is coded into the themes xml. If you open up one of the xml files in the Themes folder, you will see it in the video line of code.

I still have some upgrades to do over at emumovies to make the fact that there are flv videos more apparent. As soon as I find some more of that elusive time stuff lol......
