Great first draft! I am curious if that diagonal double line is part of the character or a separate layer. If its a separate layer, move it behind the charcter. If its not, I guess you are stuck with it being on top. I would make the logo bigger if possible and bump it up more. I would also bump up the video. Let the konami logo overlap it a bit. This game has a lot of negative space up top so you wont be missing any action. Video might need to be scaled down a smidge.

The double line, is a part of the character, as well as the logo, i will have a lot of work to try to separate the logo and the character, but i'll try !!!

I'm going back under Photoshop, and post an evolution soon (i jope).

The video in this theme is way to big, it takes up about 80 percent of the theme. I'd at least half the size of it. Besides that the art looks cool, I remember this game I think, but I thought it was called Russn'Attack, is this a clone or parent?

Russn' Attack was hard to me when I was a kid, dont think I got passed the second level, I so forgot about this game, I cant wait to try it again. Thanks for the theme.

That looks better. I think the video could go higher and to the right some more so there is some more overlapping and it will be balanced a bit more. I would say around 40 pixels more to the right and 60 pixels more to the top. I did a quick chop job to show you what I mean. You dont have to do it though. looks good already.
