Well, my third theme. I'm beginning to really like Corel Paint Shop Pro. I'm beginning to learn some of the useful functions (the real aim for working on these themes).

Well, I personally think this is my best theme so far. However, I'm completely open to critism. I think the female/male agent artwork is class and I'm glad I've managed to cut it out and put a neat edge to it (thanks again to PSP).

Comments here..

P.S. I've got a neat video overlay to wrap around it, when I get an answer from my other post in the graphics section.. *Cough*

Ok, well I'm open to suggestion's.....????.... :-)

The white was in the original artwork, hence why I left it.

I would remove the white space at the bottom of the image. Move the rest down and fill the upper area with the same color as the upper area of the image. Other than that it looks good.

Ok, which one of these?

1) Screenshot one with white replaced at bottom with another colour.
2) The middle strip of images moved down and now one colour at top.

I'm also wondering whether to add a random 'Bullet Hole' type effect.

Any views would be appreciated. I'll submit tomorrow if people think it is worth it.

The first (blue) one you can see more artifacts in your female image. I like the second one, but how about a gradient from the yellow up to black on the top. The bottom is black and I think that having a gradient from the yellow color going up to black might look pretty good.

Great idea with the gradient fill. Another function I've learnt :-)

How about the theme now?????

I'm not a fan of where you have the logo, because it looks too much like it's part of the wheel. But that's just me, the theme itself looks really good!

Yes/No.. I get what you are saying, but the picture doesn't do it justice. The title pulse's in and out and the female/male character hovers. Once seen, I think you'll agree it's not such a bad placement... I hope!!

Anyone else or shall I submit?

I just downloaded and tested it... It looks good. I'll approve it as it, but I see room for improvement.

I think having the female hover looks funny; I think she should be static. Her pose looks like she is leaning up against something. Perhaps make it look like she is leaning up against the video. Also, it would be cool to have the filmstrip along the bottom move like a filmstrip. I think a particle effect might work...

Yes, the female/man was originally leaning against video and then I decided I preferred to have her hover. Easy to change.

As for the film, great idea, but i wouldn't know where to start. Particle effect, I guess that is the particle engine that was included in HS. I'll take a look during the week (back to work on Monday and wife & child just returned from hols). I've just finished the shell of my cabinet and now have to wire it all up.... :-(
