Sega Master System Box Art

I'm thinking of making some themes for the Sega Master System since it was my favorite system as a kid. I can't seem to find a definitive collection of SMS box art though anywhere which is making things difficult.

Heck I can't even find a high quality version of arguably the best game on the system... Phantasy Star. (Wonder Boy 3 is a very close second for me.)

The best I've been able to find is the one from Wikipedia which is very low quality. It's a shame because the box art for this game really is quite good.

So my question here is.... where can I get it? Does a collection even exist? Or at least where can I get a higher res version of Phantasy Star.

Edit: I got really lucky and managed to find Phantasy Star. There was a high res version here along with a couple others:

It would be nice if that actually had *all* the games though. :( Ahh well, at least I can get started.

There is a site, not sure the name of it but they pretty much have most every box art at a decent size for this system, I'll look for it. I think its a dedicated master system site.

I just uploaded a set of box art for sega master system and game gear to the WIP folder of the emumovies ftp, they still need to be renamed but everything should be there :)

Ok sounds like you got them then, I will work on getting mine renamed unless you still wanted a crack at the set i had.

I guess it depends on the resolution/quality of the set you've got. I first want to convert all the themes we already have over to SMS. The SMS set isn't that big... only 300 roms or so but renaming them all still isn't a fun job. LOL

I might take a crack at it though if you want in a couple days once I get all this other stuff sorted out.

Don't worry about the box art, I decided to hit the SMS set head on almost done with fixed videos, baxes, manuals, and carts :)

They're looking great. :) Like I mentioned yesterday though there are a few videos which are missing sounds. It'd be nice if those videos were fixed/re-recorded/whatever before the collection is made official/torrented/etc. Klax is the latest I discovered with no sound. I can go through them all and make a list if you want.
