Tried setting this up via the new HyperLaunch and everything seemed to work great except for it says the emulator is supporting.

I've been out of the Mame game for a while, does it support everything that Final Burn Alpha supports now?

That error's because you didn't recompile- but yeah, MAME basically does all of FBA (even a lot of the Genesis stuff)
